A few minutes later Paul returned with a DVD in his hand. We had got ourselves a few drinks from the Offy and drank them while we sat around the house.Ībout 10 'o' clock I noticed that Paul and James were whispering about something and Paul got up and left the room. For the first time that week all the lads were there. Their Mum and Dad had gone out to a party so we went round listening to music and talking and watching TV.
Last Friday we spent the evening at Paul and Pete's parent's house. I get quite a bit of ribbing from my mates for being gay, but mainly they are pretty cool about it. There are seven of us altogether, although not all of us are out playing every night. Most nights after college I meet up with my mates and we just hang out together. I am openly gay having come out to my friends and family over the past two years. First of all, let me tell you a little about myself, I am 17 years old and I go to Oldham Sixth Form College.
